Abstract This research looks at how women who work for multinational companies (MNCs) in the Delhi NCR area handle their professional and personal lives. The study looks at current empirical research in the BPO, education, and IT sectors, as well as surveys from all around India, to find out what the main problems and solutions are for WLB. Long hours at work, unpaid household chores, and inflexible company cultures are all common sources of stress that hurt women's health and job happiness. Even with these problems, there is evidence that supportive workplace practices, such flexible work hours, paid maternity leave, and wellness initiatives for employees, may greatly improve retention and engagement among women professionals. The research also shows how important it is for organizations to have cultures that are open to everyone and acknowledge and deal with gender-specific problems. Based on these results, suggestions are made for MNCs in Delhi NCR to improve their gender-sensitive WLB processes. Some of these include making schedules more flexible, encouraging executives to promote work-life balance programs, and giving employees tools that help them with both their work and home lives.
