In recent years, the idea of business sustainability has become more significant in organizational theory and practice. Although the definition of corporate sustainability and the best ways to attain it are still unclear, many academics think that adopting an organizational culture focused on sustainability is the first step towards implementing corporate sustainability principles. In this study, we provide a more thorough analysis of this proposed connection between an organization's cultural orientation and its adoption of corporate sustainability principles. In particular, our goals are to (1) define a sustainability-oriented organizational culture, (2) determine if companies may exhibit a single, cohesive sustainability-oriented organizational culture, and (3) determine whether culture reform can make organizations more sustainable. Future research and practical management difficulties and directions are noted and described
