Organizations must reconsider their strategies and business models in order to thrive and gain a competitive edge in the shift to Industry 5.0 in a worldwide environment where integrating developing technology is typical as part of digital acceleration processes. Finding the elements that positively influence a customer-centric strategy in the business sector in a global setting and pave the way for the next industrial revolution was the aim of this study. Using a qualitative and exploratory methodology, the research examined three case studies of businesses that were successful in their business strategy by reorienting their emphasis to a customer-centric approach. These situations allowed for a detailed explanation of the phenomena being studied. According to the report, all of the businesses significantly altered their corporate cultures and innovation departments, enabling them to enhance client expectations and optimize the advantages they anticipated. This shift in corporate thinking, which became more focused on the demands of the consumer, turned out to be crucial. To sum up, a customer-oriented approach helps businesses make better choices and adapt to changing circumstances, which guarantees customer pleasure. These results highlight how crucial adaptability is.
